Paperless

Enables the transmission of documents and reports from within Exchequer by fax or as read only e-mail attachments. The preferred method of transmission is set up for each customer and supplier and thereafter invoices statements and remittance advices are generated in the appropriate format automatically.

• A fax server application is supplied which can be available to all users of the Exchequer system
• A Windows fax printer driver allowing other applications to use the fax server
• Documents are generated in read only format and a reader is available for transmission to e-mail recipients
• Priority can be set for the transmission of faxes and a log is maintained of their status. Failed faxes can be resent
• E-mail notification can be established to track the success or otherwise of transmissions

Substantial savings in costs are achievable with this module and the distribution of key business data is made very much more efficient.
