Sentimail

Exchequer has integrated intelligent messaging via SMS ('short message service' mobile text messaging) and email into Exchequer with the launch of Sentimail. Users of the new module can set parameters to dynamically alert themselves or other external parties of pressure point changes anywhere within their accounting system.

Managers, salespeople and accounting staff can define triggers for virtually any given data field within Exchequer, including monitoring for customer debt exceeding credit limits, payment times, bank balances nearing overdraft limits and low stock levels.

Employees will no longer have to analyse reports to look for vulnerable areas or rely on human communications for news of orders and payments.

The function is limitless since Exchequer retains the maximum amount of detail for an indefinite period of time, yielding a rich vein of information for Sentimail to act upon.
